On the fence. Totally chickening out...maybe.

I've barely trained for the past 4 weeks. I've already ponied up the 110 bucks to register.

Question is if I go for it and DNF....I mean is that really better than a DNS. I'm thinking it is. I've never DNF'd a race in 4 years but this could be the one.

Do I go for it?? We'll have to see if I take the plunge or not. I haven't done a long ride in at least 3 weeks. Had a good sprint at guelph but that was just to practice my OWS.

Yep, I'll be there, 1st 1/2.

Good training for IMC.

Riding lots in the Caledon hills will hopefully help me get through the course.

Has anyone checked out the new run course, its supposed ot have some shade?

Any experience with the mass start there - I hear Guelph was pretty rough out of the gate?

If we can trust the forecast, it shouldn't be a scorcher like some years (don't bet on this just yet tho)

good luck all!

Not this year for me, next year is my HIM year but keep us posted how it goes and I will be watching those race reports so I know what I am up against for next year. Kudo's to all who are going this year.

Well it's 3 days before the 1/2 and I'm still sick with the flu. I have lost 4-5 lbs and pissed off!

Anyways, I WILL be there and do my best, I need someone to follow me with a bucket.

I hope everyone who's racing this weekend have PB's.

Geoff
