Subject: Swim Training Plan question
Hi everyone. I have a swim training session coming up and I have no idea what I am supposed to do. I copied and pasted the confusing part and would love to know whatit means. Thanks for all of your help

4 * 150 2:45 means swim 150 yards four times in 2 minutes 45 seconds (or less).  If you swim in less, rest.

2 * 50 back loosen is swimming 50 twice.  Not sure about the back loosen.  I've never seen that before

'Back, loosen' - just do the backstroke to recover...active recovery, to keep you loose.
