Comments: crowded course. Believe 1900 folks participated in the run walk portion. Felt like I spent alot of time running between people and around people in an attempt to move through the pack. Managed my heart rate accordingly. As well, employed my running form of better forward propulsion. What would you do differently?: warm up alil better. Post race
Warm down: stretched, hydrated, ate. What limited your ability to perform faster: improper race technique. There were no distance markers until we hit the end of mile 2. Last updated: 2007-07-02 12:00 AM

stretching...no running. Left knee was alil stiff and I wasn't quite sure what it was.
