Did not go very well.. worse than my old time by almost 30 minutes.
What would you do differently?:

Train for it (didn't adhere to any training schedule), eat right (had pizza and TopperStix frequently in the weeks and days before the race).

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training and nutrition.

Event comments:

Excellent race every year - I always love it and will come back. Just didn't have the time to train this year due to other committments - but I'll be sure to in the future.

Congrats on finishing even though it wasnt up to your standard.  It's tough to find the time to train sometimes.
