Warm down:

The friggin long walk to the bag pick up! Which was infact hidden behind a line of trees!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Left Calf, Right hamstring, Right Hip all hurt for stages of the race.

Event comments:

Poorly organised, won't be racing this one again, unless of course if the rumour is true that the organisers of the london marathon are taking over next year.

In the end 10sec slower than my p.b. was a pretty good result.
