Subject: Any difference between WTC and NA Sports

I was reading the IM KY thread and someone said that the WTC sponsored it.  What is the difference between WTC and NA Sports.. .  Will IM KY (or is it IM Lou?) eventually cross over?

I understand that IM Korea, Japan, Lanzerotte, Germany, UK , ect.ect would fall under the WTC.
