Subject: RE: Off season/WInter training I like to take the winter to focus on the area that is my weakest. Its a good time to invest in some lessons, strength training and most importantly to build your base. Lots of long slow distance workouts. I also like to take some time "off". I'll stay active, but instead of mainly doing the s, b, r workouts, I'll add in some variety, try something new to keep things fresh. |
