Subject: Rudy Project krono
Hi there
Can anyone tell me if this is a certificate helmet for a long distance triathlon (80km bike leg)
I've purchased the helmet, but now I'm having doubts about the legality of it.
I hope you can help me

No it won't, at least not necessarily. What it might say is that it meets safety standards of the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), which is what USAT requires.

Problem in this case is that (I think) this model helmet is not produced, marketed or sold in the US, so I doubt that it has been subjected to CPSC testing.

Do you mean the Spiuk Kronos helmet? If so, it fully complies with CPSC standards.

The Rudy Project SuperComp is also legal:
