Subject: Winter Tri Plans
So now that the winter is nearing what are everyone's plans in regards to tri? The South Carolina Triathlon Series was all I raced in this season, and they won't start the new season any time soon. Are there other races in SC (all be it they may be cold)? Or perhaps should I look toward Florida to find a winter tri? Or is it just straight training for 5 months?

Hickory Knob is a sprint distance in October, also there's also the SCHalf but it's closed so that doesn't help you much. I haven't seen any tri's in SC from late Oct-March so unless you head south I'd enjoy the time off and work on that base.

Yeah thats pretty much the concensus I got too. Anybody ever raced in Florida?
