Subject: Carmichael Meal Plans
Has anyone purchased one of the CTS meal plans? 9 weeks for $20 doesn't seem to bad.

My girlfriend followed one of those plans and it helped her a lot. By following it she ended up with more energy, while still losing the 5 to 10 pounds she was looking to shed.

I, by extension, ate a lot of the same things she did. There was a bit more brown rice than I would normally want to eat, but it wasn't bad.
