Comments:

Good run. Kept a good comfortable pace. Ran w/ partner the whole race. We had enough in our tank to SPRINT the last 1/2 mile to the finish! What sight, she kicked my butt, but only by a little bit. The sprinting really got some folks' goat as we were whizzing by them, what a blast.

Warm down:

simple stretching, watched other folks puke (ugh) And then sent my partner out on her own to do another 10,(What a masochist) beacuse she needed a long run for a marathon in hawaii in a few weeks. I, of course, rooted her along for the 10, (from the car, LOL)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Thanks man! Hey you had a great race the other day yourself,!, awesome costume (not as good as the 'hawaiiian tourists' w grass skirts   ) but really great!

     No, I wasn;t up for the xtra 10, had done marathon the previous sunday so I barely made the 1/2.

Yes May rest!! or you will end up being a shaved headed old dork running down YOUR main st. wearing a hula skirt on a sunday morning w/ everyone taking pictures for posterity!
