Well upon realizing the actual size of this frame and that I require a 56-58cm frame, I'm posting it up for sale. I bought it off a friend and she said it's a 2001. I'll get more pics up when I can. Just about everything on this bike is Bontrager. Frame says its the superlight version, custom butted and seamless drawn. What that means I have no clue as Im brand new to tri'ing and cycling. Shimano Tiagra components. Rides great. Alexis rims. Bontrager tires. Bontrager crank. Fork and seatpost are both carbon manufactured by, you guessed it, Bontrager. I'm asking 600 obo.

Not to low-ball you or diminish the value of this bike, but you can buy a new 2007 Trek 1000 from most bike shops for around $600-$650 as year-end closeouts.

I coach cycling (USAC level 3) and buy bikes regularly for new athletes whom I work with.  I've purchased numerous used Trek 1000's ('04 thru '06) for $250 to $350.  Shipping typically runs over $100 depending on where you're shipping it to.

If you need to sell the bike and are willing to accept a substantially lower offer then PM me and we can discuss.

Good luck!
