Okay, I am trying to sort through their site about how exactly to enter the lottery for the limited non-qualifying slots. Everything I am reading explains to me how those lucky 150 US citizens are selected, how they are notified, what they need to do if they are selected. But one answer on their site seems to be alluding me.....how and where the heck do I enter?
