Comments: Turned out to be my PR for a 5K. I didn't feel like I was going to run my best before the race. I guess the excitement and the cooler temps. helped. I didn't get a timing chip so I don't have ranked results. Just used my HR and watch. What would you do differently?: more training before. Even though it was only a 5K...I didn't do much running leading up to the race. Post race
