What would you do differently?:

Take a gel about ten minutes earlier than i did. Probably won't use racing flats again for anything over a 10k. I think by the end I was feeling the lack of cushioning etc. Maybe i should cut the run/walk intervals out for shorter distances......then again maybe it's cause of the walking that i make up places later in the run. Who knows.

Warm down:

Just walked around the displays and picked up a little schwag. Talked to a couple of folks I knew. Tried the EAS drink product, not bad, perhaps a little watery.

If y'all have any free time and want to run for water, come on down to Georgia... we'll clearly do anything... prayers, raindances... why not a "Run for the Water"?? 

I know this was likely just a catered training run for you in preparation for the 50K but you did a great job all the same.
