Comments: Run went really well. Got a really bad cramp at the end, but ran through it. Went fast at the very end. What would you do differently?: Drink more water before race. Either increase pace through out the whole race or start a strong finish sooner. Post race
Warm down: 15 min Stretch What limited your ability to perform faster: Nerves. Was my first race. I was worried I wouldnt finish because it was only my second time, since starting to train, running on the road. Event comments: I loved this race... Maybe because I have no others to compare. Warm up routine with Crunch Fitness. Something like an aerobic workout. Felt real good afterwards.
