I'm running today!!, just 6 miles... but it will be a "chilly" 6 miles, it's cold out there!!  My friend is coming over early this morning, and this is going to be his longest run so far... how exciting for him.  I'm converting a cyclist into a runner, now I just gotta get him in the pool, ha ha

Yep, 20m long run. Family celebration already occured so it is a way to stay away from all of the left-overs, cookies, and candy that line our kitchen counters.

Merry Christmas to all.

Yesterday was enforced rest day due to cross country travel, so today looks like my wife and I will take advantage of the treadmill and elliptical at my brother-in-law's house--45 mins planned on tready for me while Liz hits the elliptical.

It is -6C, sunny and just beautiful out there this fine Christmas morning.  But, we have too much to do for any kind of training.  Anyways, I'm too full of yesterday's Christmas eve ham and later today I'll be too full of Christmas turkey!

Merry Christmas everybody!!!!!

Merry Christmas all!

Snuck in an hour and 15 on the trainer this morning (isolated leg drills) before the kids got up and planning on a 10K run later today when the dust settles.....

I'm stuck at work until 7:00 tonight; I'll be getting a run in tomorrow before celebrating xmas with the extended families.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL, NO MATTER HOW YOU CELEBRATE IT!

I also am stuck at work today, 0600-1800 ... but hopefully will manage to avoid the endless supply of snacks and sweets tempting me from the next desk, and get in a good 5K run on my lunchbreak.
