  • Comments: A fantastic event! Challenging and beautiful course, great volunteers, and by far the best post race food. Even the short course is challenging, but if I can do it, lots of people can. I am very lucky to live less than an hour aw away, and I will continue to do this race every year.

  • Comments: I was wish I was in better shape because this would've been a really challenging and fun course. Instead it totally kicked my butt because I was under trained. This might be the least prepared I've ever been for a race.

  • Comments: First of all, the people who do the long course (5,84,15, with 3 loops of the bike course, and 3 loops of the run course for the 2nd run), are incredible athletes. The short course is a pretty good challenge as well, and I'm glad I did it. I will be back next year to try to break 4 hours. This is a GREAT event, and I feel lucky that it's less than an hour drive from my house.

  • Comments: A great race. Rumors are that this would be the last year, but I heard the RD say "see you next year" to some people as they were leaving.
