  • Comments: Bewildered at drop in performance from last year. Slower swim makes no sense. Swam in faster Tempo than last year. 1:10 vs 1:15! Run felt much faster. I was breathing hard the entire time and the last 1/3 mile I was really pouring it on!

  • Comments: Well-organized. They've been doing it a lot. Got to meet some other local triathletes and chat a little. The field was pretty mixed between higher level athletes and so-and-sos. I'm somewhere in the middle, as usual. Definitely come back next year to mark my improvement in the swim and run.
