Overall course based on my ability:

Comments: Overall heartrate - avg. 176; max 189. 658 calories I PR'd by 37 seconds from the last Trilogy and this one was definitely hotter and after a solid week of training with no rest. Another podium finish (awards are 5 deep - yea). I am right on target for Cancun!
