firstnet911 - 2008-12-30 10:38 PM Stupid hospital conversion at midnight. Might make it out in time to polar bear at noon.

Polar Bear?  Wow how cold is the water?  Are you going to have to break the ice? Buuurrrr!

I am sad because I was suppose to run 100 miles over new years but I had to cancel. .

Last year for new years eve I ran 52.5 miles it was great.

Year before I did not do much but I did have a nice OWS on New Years day.

Hilarious! Love it!

We're going to a "kid-friendly" New Year's Eve party that we go to every year. It's a lot of fun. The kids have the run of the bedrooms where there are DVDs playing and toys-a-plenty! The adults hang out in the living room, dining room and kitchen eating and drinking! Good times!

After the craziness of Christmas and all the snow we had, I just want to be home with my honey. Alone.

I'll be hitting the streets at midnight just in time to deal with the drunks who either blew their fingers off with fireworks or are hitting their spouses, or both.  Just another day in paradise.

Leave work early, pack a bag and head to the in-laws (wife and kids stayed there last night), most likely the wife will fall asleep on their couch shortly after the kids are in bed and I'll be left to read some of the father-in-laws woodworking magazines.  *Where do I turn in my FUN card?*

New years day the father-in-law will help me build a door for an entertainment center.

I'll be at work.

But, it's a work PARTY, so it should be fun. Bringing Barry w/ me. They drop a giant Hershey kiss at midnight. I know, we get crazy in Hershey. I will probably need to "work" the party for an hour or two, then I can relax and enjoy....I'm actually not too bummed about it, because honestly otherwise we would have just stayed home and probably gone to sleep.

Today is my 40th birthday.  My wife has secret plans for us at a hotel somewhere tonight.  I don't know where or what will happen.  I'm thinking that she secured 2-3 hot little college co-ed girls to make my 40th really REALLY memorable!

...  Yeah, right!  Tongue out

No idea yet. A friend is having a party far out from my house, so not sure if I want to go there. Another friend is having a casual get-together, but that might not be a possibility for a few certain reasons. So we'll see. I might end up doing nothing.

Happy birthday, dude! I also turned 40 just 2 days ago. Strangely enough, though, the co-eds never showed up. Instead, I had to watch Tom Cruise in an eye patch.
