I have this on my Road ID and look at if often for little bits of encouragement. I sometimes say (in my mind) "H-T-F-U" in cadence when I run. This is not too different from SIUB!!!! THis is a parody of Chopper Reid who is an infamous murderous gangster in Australia who "came good" and wrote a book about his life & times. The guy playing him is ronny johns who does a skit of him in his show. Australia is a small island of 20m people, we get our laughs where we can ! |

His CSC team mates were whining about what they were going to do without their go to guy to which Stuart replied, "Harden The F^&# Up". An entrepenuerial guy immediately grabbed hold of it and made black bracelets, like the Livestrong bracelets with the HTFU spelled out. I wear mine next to my Livestrong... Eric J |
