My new wetsuit won't be here for another two weeks....so can we maybe push it to February??

I'll put up a poll, within days, with a few dates that work with the varied race schedules of some of the tough girls in MI. Gotta work around them. We'll go with whatever date wins.

Although a preliminary date COULD BE Aug 1, same date as Steelhead. Awesome venue, but I don't know if anyone wants to run it this year...

While not an attendee of the Michiagn BT Rawk Squad training events...I think it sounds like a great idea and if I can fit it in the my sched I'd love to join in!

Let's make it USAT sanctioned.*  We can use the $10 per to buy a lot of pops.**

I'm doing the Steelhead HIM, so if you have it a different weekend you can count me in, otherwise I'll cheer you all from afar.

As of right now I'm 95% sure I'm doing Steelhead again as well.  Somehow I convinced my wife to do the run for a relay team and now she's going to expect me to do it as well.

I'll cheer from a far as well if need be.   But I am open to other dates.

I like the idea of having one early in the season.  I think we should do it the first part of May, then again in October to end the season.

I'm done lurking and thought I'd jump in.

Planning on Steelhead but open for other days. (I'll gladly contribute $10 for "dark pops"

The only thing I *CAN* tell you is that it won't be formally organized, timed, sanctioned, or insured.  In fact, it's an individual training day where people self-time on a course we all pick together. See where I'm going with this?!

As soon as I get my schedule from the Ex, I'll know what weekends work. Then I'll post the poll. I kinda like the idea of may to warm up for the season, but the water can be notoriously fickle...
