Feels good to be getting back into it again. Can't wait till I actually feel like i'm rounding into race form.
Funny how fear of pain is my main motivation for sticking to this program. Just thinking of the 10k run at Mrs. T's while knowing i have the training to back it up makes me smile. (and being able to smoke my freinds who are doing it too! ) |
