I was there yesterday morning. Was surprised at how long the line was, but this was also my first time signing up for IMWI. Can't wait til 2010!

I am in for 2010.

Oh Boy I'm in.  Wife and I signed up last minute on-line. 

For all those who just took the plunge and signed up, be prepared to have a great time! As I sit here, two days post race, and reflect on all that transpired between signing up last year and the finish line on Sunday, the few days in Madison were a perfect culmination to a long but properous journey. The atmosphere surrounding the event is electric, seeing friends, being with family, checkin' out the town, soaking in the cheers of the crowds during the race all contributed to an unforgettable experience. You won't be disappointed!

Good luck to all 2010'ers. Now get training!

I'm in.  Is it weird that I am already nervous about an event a year away?

Glad I'm not alone.

My husband and I also signed up last night online and I feel like I am going to hurl and it is 363 days away...

I am in! Cheered on friends on Sunday and volunteered so I'd get my spot in line on Monday morning! Very excited. I really need to lay off the youtube videos though. I'm completely overdosing on Ironman information at this point.. ;O)

This was my first IM and I am still basking in the high of finishing. 
The Volunteers were awesome and the spectators made me feel like a rock star. 
I had one of the best times of my life!  

I am newer to Madison and look forward to meeting/training with others for 2010.

Me! Volunteered up there the past 3 years and got in line Monday morning. Had Paula Newby-Fraser sign me up so I'm hoping that's a good omen. I turned towards the station the volunteer pointed me at and there she was. I was totally star struck!

I'm in and already nervous as well! Is it time to organize a ride of the bike course yet?!?

I feel like there isn't enough time to get the training in already.

Oh great.  Peak training time falls within the 2010 World Cup.  I guess my 'round the clock viewing will be severely scaled back.  Chalk one up for just one of the sacrifices I'll need to make.
 
Maybe I can find a way to work, train, and watch soccer for a month on 2 hrs of sleep.  If I cut out laundry, dishes, and making food maybe it'll help.

I hope this nervous feeling goes away soon.  I had a dream last night that I was struggling with putting together a training plan in June and wouldn't be ready (duh!).  Sheesh.
