Memorial Day W/E Plans? (Page 2)

Looks like I'll be cycling about 200 miles to meet my challenge goal. Kids/wife have school Monday, so it's not like we could go anywhere...

Running a half marathon on Sunday (No training Friday or Saturday)

Probably a ride on Monday.

Bike shopping at some point.

I'll be camping all weekend. Climb a 14er, maybe two. Catch some fish (well, try). Drink some wine and stargaze. Sleep.

Doc's orders...no exercise for two weeks and no lifting over 20lbs so I'll be doing some light duty house cleaning and laundry....oh joy!! ;p

Have to add I'll probably catch at least three movies this weekend, young-uns want to see Madagascar, #1 son wants to see The Longest Yard, and I'll probably go see Sin City Monday by myself. Lots of poprcorn to fuel those cycling miles.

Nice diversity on this post but I'm most envious of MikeEllis... seen the Moody Blues many times (tho not for a while) and they never dissapoint. Enjoy and let me know if they play Veteran Cosmic Rocker!

Tomorrow is my frist tri (400/11/5k)... Will lounge the rest of the day, hopefully go out and do a little celebrating tom. night... If feeling up to it on Sunday am will go train with the team, if not more lounging. Planning on a nice long Monday morning ride...

5 mile run 15 mile bike biathlon on Monday, mmmmmm

Aside from working out in the mornings, Friday Night = 9 Holes of gof after work. Saturday = Painting a friends fence. Sunday = BBQ at another friends house. Monday = Going to the track to watch the Ponies run. Hopefully win some money while I'm at it.

First tri of the season tomorrow (Saturday), then lots of camping and scuba diving on Sunday and Monday
