I'm biased, but one of our coaches is a professional bike fitter and exercise physiologist; which yields phenominal results as his fits encompass things that those without the same academic training coupled with real life experience can obtain. many athletes in the area go to him to better tweak their fit after they were fit initially so you could knock it out in one sitting. A power fit will quantitatively show you what fit works for your flexibility, bike geometry, and preferred race distance. Kyle May at Spin City in Decatur is good.  It is my hometown so I favor them and have had them fit my bikes.
