Subject: JULY PEACH Challenge!

For the month of July, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. 

The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days.  Below is a peachy month...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rule, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

ok- I was in the June Peach Challenge & was a slacker when it came to posting. But I did do pretty good. Only 3 non-peach days in June. So far, I'm all peach for July, so I'm back. This month I'm gonna be better about checking in.
