Comments: Plan was to run 4 minutes/walk 2 minutes for the whole route. It worked really well and I was surprised at how much better I felt than the week before. I was 2 minutes faster than last week and 4 minutes faster than the first week. Think I'm sticking with the run/walk intervals! They work for me!!! Post race
Warm down: Picked up my shirt and waterbottle for all three races and then got some pizza. Sat down, ate, and headed home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not be sick? Other than that, I couldn't have done better given how I'm feeling. Last updated: 2010-07-05 12:00 AM

Wasn't sure if I was going to race today because I've had bronchitis and haven't run since the race the last week. Decided to try it anyway - I wanted my shirt for running all three - and be willing to walk if I needed to.
