Subject: Post-race fatigue After finishing my first Oly last Sunday, I was pleased that I was only sore for one day. However, my whole body just feels /tired/. I've had one swim workout since the race, a shorter sprinting workout, and was really tired after. Tonight I'm still pooped.
I've read a bit about feeling tired after races. Have others had similar experiences? I'm assuming this will go away the more I race. |
