Subject: RE: MS-150 (Houston to Austin) Changes made: 1 ) used largest (three rings ) front cog more on flat areas. 2 ) used middle front cog and shifted between middle 3 or 4 rear cogs on hills. 3 ) standing slightly up from the seat when climbing hills, I was training w/ road racers and was taught to never leave the seat. 4 ) since alot of time was spent on the areo bars, the suggestion was made to move my seat forward slightly, this is to help you kept the power in your stoke when lying on your bars. I really felt this helped greatly. |
