If you recently had it filled it could be just an air bubble in the gas line. Turn off the gas at the tank, unhok the hose from the tank, then reconnect it all. If that doesn't work then you may indeed have a plugged burner or something more serious like the burner is shot. But try unhooking everything, this happens to my Weber every now and then.
