Good morning!

4:15am:  65 mins/20.25 miles on the KK followed by some stretching and rolling of the calf muscle that knotted up on me during yesterday's run.  It's still sore, hoping I'll be good to run on it tomorrow!

Have a great day!

2500m of swimming, mostly distance stuff. I swear my arms are still tired from Thursday's kayak trip--felt like I was paddling instead of swimming! Monday night here--off to bed!

1400 in the pool today. Still trying to recover from 2 hrs on the bike, 5 mile run and 1200 in the pool yesterday.

Have a great day!

Good morning, I hope you all enjoyed the weekend.

5:15 am - 3 miles running through the neighborhood. Slow and steady as I worked the tightness from yesterday's run out of my legs.

Nothing else is on tap for today, I am on call at night this week, which always makes things more interesting.

Have an outstanding week.

A nice 20-minute walk to shake the stiffness out from yesterday's sim HIM. Maybe some yoga later!

Long (for me) steady swim. 3200 meters, focused on my pull, glide, hip turn.

(500m splits: 10:00, 10:08, 10:23, (1:29 rest), 10:10, 10:25, 10:56 (4:13 for last 200m)

Gotta learn to go slow, before I can learn to go fast.  Right?

Plan on an easy short swim this evening.   It's more of an excuse to go to the wellness center and  soak in the  hot tub.     Mondays I believe will be a rest day or easy day for the duration.

Decent 2300 in the pool this morning, worked in some drills and endurance sets.  Just finished 30 minutes on the trainer, now going to head in and get in a second swim workout, probably only 1500ish.  Then it's going to warm up to 37 degrees today so I'll get out for a run this afternoon!

First run authorized by PT greater than 1mi today. I went 2mi!

Followed up with a pretty intense crossfit routine. Boom.

A sluggish 2400 yards in the pool this morning.  Hopefully a not so sluggish spin session at the gym tonight.

Did 3200 yards in the pool with a burly ladder with two Fast 400's. Then onto the KK Trainer for 45, standing and spinning makes me tired :-)

Hi, Kim!!

I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. Was supposed to swim, but apparently someone had an accident in the pool. Thank goodness it was discovered before I got in there, heee!

1250m in the pool this morning.

Highs expected to be in the mid 60s today, so I am going for a long-ish run as soon as I can sneak away from work.

2000 in the pool at lunch, debating gym/run this evening.  Ran 8 miles yesterday so may just take the evening to relax and hit the pool again early tomorrow.

I went to my 4th Monday 5:30 am Masters swim! I am so excited that I have kept up with it. It was so good for me to be challenged and I decided to move up a lane in which I was reluctant to do, secondary to not wanting to affend the ones in the lane I had started in. I have to rmember that I am there to improve and be challenged. It was great!

Hopefully, if I post it here that I'm going to the pool after work today, that will give me the incentive to actually make it happen!

Awesome swim lesson today. It's now two weeks in a row I enjoyed being in the pool. If this keeps up I'm going to have to join pool-anon

Lots and lots of slow deliberate laps working on stroke, kick, and keeping my head down and hips up. Some day I will not "swim like a runner."
