Does anyone know of a group that used to do open water swims? I forget where or when it was. I would like to do a few open water swims before my A race this year if I can.
I think there's a group that swims at Falls Lake too. I don't know that group, but might be able to find more info out if you are interested. I think that one is less official than the one above.
The swim is off of 98...near Hasentree. There is a map on the link above. The swim out to the point where everyone regroups is .6 miles. But if you want to do more, it is easy.
