Subject: RE: Fitness website/blog Besides the obvious answer of Beginner Triathlete, there are a few others that I frequent: Slowtwitch - Some knowledgeable people post there who don't post on here, but you need to have a thicker skin and tolerance for a$$hats. I have the first, but my patience wears thin quickly when dealing with the second one. The articles tend toward the more technical or about people racing at the pointy end of the field. Training Peaks - There are a lot of good training articles. USATriathon.org - Race and rules information, articles on training and the sport in general. NSCA-lift.org - The National Strength and Conditioning Association's site contains some of the highest quality information about strength and conditioning available anywhere. Various groups on Facebook and a USAT Coach Group on Yahoo Groups. |
