Got a pair of Bondi B's for XMas. Could tell they were a little too neutral for my overpronating feet so I put a pair of Superfeet Orange inserts in them and took them out for a 3 mi run this evening. First Impression: I had strapped a set of pillows on my feet and was running on bubble wrap. OMG, these things are awesome, the wide platform is very stable and contact with the ground is solid. A bit heavy but relatively consistent with other mid-to-high mileage training shoes. I agree with many who say they run a 1/2 size big but the insole takes up some room and I enjoy the extra toe box. I will keep these in reserve for the longer runs, use my Mizunos to suck up most of the training. Thought my bike was expensive ... now I'm stuck on $160 running shoes.

Just got my first pair today. They feel like freaking clouds. I'm looking forward to trying some runs in them soon!

I too run the Bond B for seven months now including 1 Ironman. The cushioning has helped me with an issuue with my metatarsals. I am pretty netural in my bio mechanics. I have been running high cadence lately on them and seam to be keeping my feet comfy.

Yes, I'm kinda hooked on them too. I've been running with them for 8 months now, just ordered my 3rd pair of Bondi B2s. I can't claim to have been injury free since starting with them, but right now I'm doing better than I have in a long while. This week I'm doing 50 miles in them, and the legs feel great. Most encouraging of all, my achilles problems have actually gotten *better* as I've been increasing the miles. Not sure how much of this can be attributed to the Hokas. Two other things that I've done since a summer injury that might have helped: (i) put small heel inserts into the Hokas, in an effort to reduce the strain on the achilles; (ii) religiously doing eccentric heel drop (and calf raise) exercises each night. For a long time I would get up in the morning and feel totally stiff, and have to hold onto the railing when walking downstairs for the first time each day. Now I get up and can walk cleanly downstairs, and that alone makes me start the day with a smile on my face.

The one-arm drill. This drill will help you with body rotation, breathing, and pull. It also isolates one arm so you can really concentrate on what that arm is doing through the whole stroke cycle.
