Swim
Comments: Best race swim to date broke the 2:00 per 100 barrier and this is a reverse so this was the last leg. What would you do differently?: I still need to swim faster I need to keep pushing my workouts Transition 1
Comments: This was run to bike, very happy with this transition What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Best bike split of the day and of anytime I've rode this course I had an awesome ride. I actually lead the whole race for the last 4 miles of the bike. I knew that I could ride into the faster runners but was shocked when I got past everyone. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Fast but messy flated the rear tire on my bike somehow What would you do differently?: Hit the brakes sooner Run
Comments: I had a good run I just want to be faster I will keep working to get there. I let the runners run and ran my pace I felt good and kept cool I carried a bottle even though I hate it, but it worked for me. What would you do differently?: Push the hills harder Post race
Warm down: Walked around talked and at and drank some water and oranges What limited your ability to perform faster: Swimming I need more time in the pool and I probably could have run harder Event comments: Just the local no huge flair or hoopla get out and see where you are early in the year Last updated: 2014-03-10 12:00 AM

Got up at 6:00 had a cup of coffee and a protein shake, packed everything in the truck went and got some bug spray as the mosquitos are horrible right now. Drive to the venue and set up transition.
Just a little jogging and a little spin on the bike to make sure it was in the correct gear.
