I really need your help. The cities of Easley and Pickens have come together to build a multi-purpose trail between the 2 cities. To help show community support for this project we are holding a 5k in downtown Pickens on July 26th at 7:00am. If you have any interest in doing a 5k that morning please consider this one. You can register here http://go-greenevents.com/DoodleTrail5k
If you would like to volunteer or you would like to be a sponsor, PM me

I was afraid you would blast me for SPAMMING.

Just kidding, I put it there. I also have a video of the 1st portion of the course. Just bump it to the top occasionally if you don't mind.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
