Ha.."4:15", "trainer", and "love" will probably never occur in the same sentence in my lifetime (unless I guess I had an afternoon affair with a personal trainer ). Though I have come to tolerate it--finally figured out how to properly calibrate the resistance, plus now have a playlist of "virtual cycling" videos, mainly in the Swiss Alps and old Kona shows, Hawaiian music on the MP3 and a better AC and fan setup in my new place. Do miss my old place which was on a higher floor facing east so I could watch the sunrise. Now I'm one floor up from two noodle shops on an intersection, so I get to smell the soup cooking, and watch the neighborhood wake up.
5:20 AM One hour run with 5 x 5 minutes at tempo effort with one minute recovery, a workout I've dubbed the "puke express". Didn't puke but pretty miserable by #5. Tempo's hard here as the heat/humidity makes the body work harder, and one doesn't cool down much in one minute of easy running.
