Good warmup. Did the front loop, then the path. A few pickups before the start. Total 2.75+ miles.

Comments:

Good run. Went out ok, not too hard. Held well, I think. Nice and hilly.

Warm down:

Warmed down down with John M. About 1.15 miles.

Event comments:

Love XC at VC. Hard course, can be worth like 90 sec on a road course. Ran well, 3rd in AG. Hope I can get the medal.
