Subject: 3.4.15 What Up Wednesday

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  50 minute run with some incline repeats thrown in the middle

5:30am:  40 minutes plyo strength + core

Have a great day...I can see Friday from here!  :-)

Afternoon all

Awesome day in the pool did 2100M in the pool @ a 1:53/100M pace and then followed that with 25 minute Core session, and I feel pretty good afterwards to boot, probably won't in a couple of hours but I feel great right now.

Am easy 1 hour spin mostly to practice leadouts with 2 other girls on my team.

Pm, easy 40min ride to track, 1.5 hour track workout which I suspect will not be motorpacing, but more likely intervals, then 50min ride home

Was waiting all day for the sun to come out and temp go up, so I could actually enjoy a bike ride, but finally gave up and did an hour of spin training.

Did a 4 miler with the dog this morning, his longest since his leg injury in Oct.  Was warm and humid too, he found a sprinkler at 3 miles and I had to let him enjoy it for a bit.  We both walked into to the back yard pool afterward, it's a not so balmy 71*, but it felt great!  Decided to get in a short swim of 200 yards, didn't wear the ear plugs and the ears hurt and was dizzy after wards, nothing a little alcohol couldn't take care of.
