Does anyone drink Ensure, Boost, EAS or other drinks? What makes you choose one over the other, seems like minor differences between them. Doing my 1st Ironman and looking for a mid morning snack.

What exactly do you want the drink for? Is it during training, as a meal replacement, protein boost etc.
I only use energy drinks during training rides more than about 3 hours long and I use the same brand of drink that is on offer in the races I am doing that year.
