Ruptured eardrum

Ruptured ear drums suck! I blew one out about 10 years ago and still remember how much I suffered. Doctor usually gives you ear drops for infection, biggest problem. So sweat from working out really shouldn't be a problem, just try to keep other liquids out of your ear. Use the ear drops regularly and try to avoid stressing the ear drum. Hard nose blowing adds stress to the ear drum as the body tries to equalize pressure. Just my humble 2 cents as one who has lived your pain.
