Good morning from a blustery, rainy, cold desert! Brrrr!!!
5:00am: 2 mile run--easy day heading into a long training week!
5:30am: :40 minutes lower body strength/core
I sure hope the wind and rain dies down by this afternoon's CC practice. I'd hate to run my kids inside the school--we haven't had to do an indoor practice yet.

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?
Once you caught your breath, it occurred to you that finishing even a short triathlon might be harder than you thought. After a few "laps" you thought, "I can't believe I'm so out of shape."
