What would you do differently?: warm up a little and stretch more before run drink more, earlier. Train more consistently Post race
Warm down: Liter of water yogurt smoothie banana walk to meet family stretch/sit Liter of gatorade more stretching/sitting pretzels and half liter of water in car What limited your ability to perform faster: Hamstring cramped up big time at 23.5miles. I had to sit down on the sidewalk. I thought I'd have a DNF for sure. Somehow, after stretching and massaging the back of my right leg, on my second attempt to stand up.
