If you're spent after a big effort (and sounds like you had a good adrenaline kick for, like, three days), take it easy in your workouts. Go out, spin, paddle, but be good to yourself--going through the motions is just fine and your body will thank you for it. And talk about it here. It goes away, I promise. |
