Comments:

Minus 6 but beautiful, sunny morning. Countryside along course looked stunning. Terrain difficult as tracks were rutted and had frozen, plus snow meant the hazards could not be seen. Jon run with dog - very funny! Pleased overall as first 10k for over a year since ankle problem.
