I'm a flat footed pronator. While I do buy 'supportive' shoes, since i'm light and run a lot, I don't go for the orthopedic motion control variety. Past models of the venerable Adrenaline have been a little more 'shoe' than I've wanted to wear for the past year, and I haven't considered it a shoe for me in years. But, this version 14, seems a bit softer, more forgiving, with still enough support. It's not a 'go fast' shoe, but it's easy to see why it's the best selling running shoe out there. A true crown pleaser. Supportive, cushy and very very comfortable. This is a great "go to shoe" (i.e. GTS) for almost anyone.

I think it's the most popular in it's class. It definitely easy to use and does so many things!

Bought these in June right before I broke my foot (5th metatarsal). They have provided me with a great platform for my rehab and return to running.

It was free so I'll use the stuff til it's gone, but my workouts didn't get better, my energy/recovery time didn't seem to improve. Again, if my upcoming blood tests show some miraculous 'gains' in my biometrics, I'll reconsider, but for now; I won't be buying the stuff. Hell, I don't even know how much it costs.

This is a highly versatile multisport watch/GPS. Moving up from the 310XT, I now have more than a stopwatch when I'm in the pool, I can sync workouts right afterward using my smartphone, and get running dynamics as well (as soon as I figure out what the numbers mean). Update September 2014: It's worked well, and I've been wearing it as a daily watch, which is a nice convenience so I always have it ready to go. Battery life in watch mode has been great, and I haven't gotten any comments about it's size as a "watch".

These sleeves have been a great tool for recovery from long runs. We all know the benefits of compression socks, but 110% sleeves have the bonus of allowing the insertion of ice packs. The inner lining of the sleeve protects the skin from extreme cold, but the leg benefits from a lack of space between the ice/sleeve and the leg. These have made a big difference in my recovery from long runs.

I received the FitBit Flex as a gift. It seems to measure 'activity level' fairly accurately even if it only reports out in steps or calories expended. I think it is best used in combination with tracking your caloric intake.

I track my calories fairly well during the day and then slack off for dinner. With the FitBit and before dinner calorie tracking, I can get an idea if I can have that after dinner snack or not.

The data is pretty basic but, in conjunction with calorie intake tracking...this is a worthwhile little device.

i have completely fallen in love with the PI eMotion line of shoes. They are natural feeling, yet protective and supportive, too. Going sockless is tooo easy.

Check them out. Great customer service, good construction, with a couple minor things such as the nose hook and the hydration module hiccups, this is still a great saddle!

A little expensive, but the cushioning makes it worth it if you run a lot on the streets or sidewalks.

A very good pair of running or just every day shoes. I've used this type for training for a half marathon as well as cycling, lifting, and playing in the yard.
