FR405 is a great product. I have come to expect no less from Garmin since I have a long history using their GPS systems on my motorcycle (Zumo is waterproof!) as well as in my car.

As a bonus, the Garmin Connect website is fantastic and adds another dimension to the utilization of the FR405, allowing you to analyze your workout in a number of very useful ways .
Well done Garmin.

Overall pleased with this item and the improvements on the original aerodrink and these splash less. You can freeze the smaller chamber and it will keep the larger chamber cold.

the available info while running (pace, actual dist and even HR) are all I need for my training,
Comes with a very handy multisport setting - I did a triathlon where a friend held the unit while I swam, and she handed to me as I came out of the watr. The lap button will give you T laps as well as recognize your next sport.

UPDATE: 6 months into using it - NO regrets! this is the best tool I could have invested my money into. Yes, the 310 has longer life battery and better waterproofability but this is still a very good piece of equipment for half the price.

Please with the shorts overall as they are comfortable on both the bike and run.

This wetsuit will make a believer out of you! I looked at the size chart and at 5'9"/160lbs thought I was a Ladies Large...I ended up with a Ladies Medium and it fits me perfectly!! So throw caution to the wind and try not to look at the size chart..Try lots of sizes and models and don't be afraid to go down a size..yes, it's hard work to get into, but well worth it! The tighter the fit on land, the better it will perform in the water.

These are pretty nice-they keep my feet very cool but are a little too wide.

Review provided from roommate:
States that this product aids in recovery of workouts that have lasted over 1 hour. Has a different blend than just a protein powder. Many different flavors to choose from. Overall accelerade like the 4:1 ratio of carb:protein in their products.

Overall I love using this blend on my long bike rides, I am still adjusting the formula to my liking but the cusomter serverice they have and their knowledge really makes the selection quite easy.

Overall I like this belt, for my first belt and not camelbak variant this is really cool. The large bottle might be a bit much for now. We'll see as my long runs get longer in the heat.
