Overall I am glad I switched pedals from Look to Speedplay. Double sided pedal, adjustable float, many colors to pick from, cleats last longer.

Overall I think I like this system the best for my behind the saddle hydration. Able to use this saddle with the 2 holes in the back of the cervelo seatpost and therefore keeps the bottles in the most aerodynamic position.

I wanted a heart rate monitor that would give maximum and average heart rates as well as zone settings. This watch did it all!

I upgraded to the Forerunner 405 to get the GPS capability also which is nice to have.

If I was to build my bike over again I would buy these cranks...maybe evn go with the carbon model to drop a few grams.

These are good pedals once clipped in. The problem of getting clipped in has become too much of a pain so I'm about to change them out.

For a mountain bike with mountain shoes they're just fine...not what I do though!

Overall this product gets me to drink more on the bike. I mix it with a carb containing mix and I have my own drink. I am glad they added some new flavors. Drop it in and go.

Great shoe, go to a shop and get the right size and they'll be great.

I like it.

Overall pleased with the belt and will continue to use it.

I've been very happy with this bike. If I had it to do over, I'd have chosen a double rather than the triple and sucked it up. I might have improved faster, if I had.

So far, so good. I'm only about 10 miles into these shoes, so the jury's definitely still out.

Recommend it.
