These are good pedals once clipped in. The problem of getting clipped in has become too much of a pain so I'm about to change them out.
For a mountain bike with mountain shoes they're just fine...not what I do though!
NUUN Active Hydration
Overall this product gets me to drink more on the bike. I mix it with a carb containing mix and I have my own drink. I am glad they added some new flavors. Drop it in and go.

I planned to buy another pair of GEL Landreths. My 4s were great. I tried the 5s after I couldn't find the older version in my size. They were way too spongy. This shoe was lighter and cheaper. I liked the fit and support. We'll have to wait and see if they hold up as well.
